Adrian C. McLean is a world-class personal trainer who has been servicing the fitness industry for the past 8 years. Having worked with everyone from A-list celebrities and professional athletes, to leading minds in the fitness industry and the average everyday person, he has been able to establish a well rounded approach to helping others reach their fitness goals. founder of Fit Haus International, Adrian’s mission in life is to help as many people as he can to live healthier lifestyles starting at the heart of the issue, the Home. Adrian grew up in beautiful Miami, FL. It was his experience with sports that sparked his fascination with the human body and how it responded to food and exercise. It wasn’t until after college, on a visit back home (Miami), that he read the staggering increase in both obesity rates amongst adults and children. It was this in addition to the increase of chronic diseases due to inactivity and bad food choices, that Adrian decided to take a shot at personal training. Adrian’s passion for health and fitness, coupled with his determination to change the rate at which the country moves, led him to becoming a certified personal trainer with NASM in NYC, followed by Certifications with numerous other modalities such as TRX suspension & Rip trainers, as well as Kettlebells Concepts to name a few. He specializes in Functional Training, Sport-Specific Training, Weight management, Core Strength, Proprioception/Balance Training and UFC/MMA conditioning. Adrian strongly believes in the necessity for an active lifestyle, encompassing a balance of all the compulsory components of fitness. Over the years, it has given him great satisfaction to pass along his existing knowledge and enthusiasm with the highest standard of service, safety, and professionalism to those wanting to adopt a lifestyle of physical and mental well-being. In
addition to being an avid personal trainer and participating in all the avenues of health and fitness, he has also embarked upon a mission philanthropy; taking his love for health and fitness out of the gym and into the streets of Miami, FL servicing the less fortunate. When Adrian is not training, he loves to read about anything fitness, nutrition, or health related. He also enjoys playing sports, or doing anything that challenges him physically and mentally.
Anthony Cassagnol

Anthony Cassagnol is an international fitness trainer and life coach who has been changing people's lives one pound at a time. He is from Miami, FL,. As a co-founder of FITHAUSINT. Anthony's mission is to inspire and motivate men and women to live a healthier lifestyle. His life's motto which he also applies to his love of fitness training is "Repetition inspires perfection".
Anthony graduated from Coral Reef Senior High School. Where he was on the track and field, football team, but where he excelled was basketball. After attending a 2 years at University Central Florida earning credits in business and psychology, he was unsure of what to do but he was always interested in keeping his body in shape and basketball. This love, attracted people to him with questions about basketball and fitness training.
This motivated Anthony to earn his Master Personal Trainer certification from AAAI. He combines a number of different training methods such as Athletics Training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Muscle Building, and Weight Loss to help his clients achieve their goals. He believe that core training is the foundation and the best way to get clients to their goals effectively and safely.
Anthony's knowledge and creativity has led him down several pathways to success. He takes his vast knowledge of fitness and tools for living a healthy lifestyle out the gym, going food shopping and making house calls, to cook breakfast and speaks to people about fitness all across south Florida.
When he is not training he enjoys spending time with writing, traveling and getting involved with the community, which includes personally taking time to seat and talk to the elderly, kids and homeless.
Joe Davis

GJoe Davis is an international fitness trainer and life coach who has been changing people views and life from a fitness stand point. He is from Cleveland,Ohio. Joe's mission is to drive men and women to their fitness limits to be the best version of themselves. Joe graduated from Warrensville Heights High school in Cleveland Ohio. Where he excelled in Basketball earning a division 1 scholarship to Cleveland State University and later transferring to Morgan State, where he learned more about the body and how to take care of it properly. Throughout playing Division 1 basketball for 4 years that motivated Joe to get his personal
trainer certificate from AAAI. When he is not training he enjoys spending time with family or just enjoying nature in general with lady friends...the small things in life which keeps him at peace
Kayla Parker

Fitness to me means having a healthy mind, body and spirit to allow you to maximize your potential. When your body is healthy, the mind and spirit usually follow suit. Fitness isn't about numbers on a scale, it's about feeling good inside and out.
I'm the baby of 5 and come from an extremely competitive family. I was a gymnast, played softball and volleyball and ran track. I ran track at University of South Carolina before I had a career ending injury my sophomore year. I was no longer able to run and found myself in a deep depression. Being hurt, I was in the training room 4 hours a day. My day was school and rehab, no track. No team. I was needing to find a way to clear my mind, to deal with the pain of no longer having sports in my life, and to get out of my depression. I found the weight room, found a new way to work out, and realized how much I loved it! Eventually it became my sanctuary.
My favorite exercises are squats, lunges and anything with resistance bands. Oh and the stairclimber is a girls best friend.
I bring a super athletic background to fithaus. I've played multiple sports at collegiate and elite levels. I pay close attention to detail and have a crazy work ethic.

Yasmine Ysabella Savage is a fitness instructor whom has been changing her friends and family’s life for the better, the discipline, the focus, the exhilaration of daily accomplishments. Success is no more than habit. What habit do you practice determines your success. As a founding member of FITHAUSINT, Yasmine’s mission is to share this vision of happier, healthier and more stress resistant you, with her clients. Yasmine graduated from John Fergusson Senior High School; where she competed and excelled on the Track and Field team breaking records, leading to her life-long love of physical activity. She sets goals per each client’s expectations utilizing her knowledge of power lifting techniques for strength & power, Cross fit for functionality, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for muscle gains & Weight Loss and athletics drawn from Track for endurance and cardiovascular. Exercising the core is paramount to achieving fitness goals and remains central to her workout regime. Fitness is a part of life. When you make it apart of yours the benefits are only positive.
